When will I receive my order?

All ready to ship items will be shipped within 5-7 days of your order being placed. Many of the items in Amy's shop are made to order, please allow up to three weeks for your items to be created. Due to the nature of ceramic work, turn around times can vary. Please plan accordingly when ordering gifts or time sensitive items and know that each piece is being made by hand and with great care.

What is your return policy? 

You may return most items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email info@amyhamley.com. Returns must be returned in new, unused condition in its original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured and sent with tracking.

What if my order arrives broken?

In the event that your order arrives broken, please email info@amyhamley.com immediately. Damaged orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.  It is very important that images of any broken items be taken, as well as any visible damage to the shipping box so that an insurance claim with the shipping carrier can be made.

How will my order ship?

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Your order will ship USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance. All packages will be sent signature required unless otherwise requested.  If the signature is waived the customer will assume all responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.  Transit times are provided by the carrier and vary with package destination. 

Do you wholesale your work?

Wholesale accounts are approved on a limited basis.  If you are a retailer or interior designer that is interested in partnering with Amy, please email info@amyhamley.com and include a bit about your store or project and she will be in touch.
